The vast expanse of cherry blossoms in a garden in Getang Village, Jiande, are blooming to greet the approaching spring.

The hills, alive with tea gardens, are now covered by cherry blossoms in a neat yet varied manner. The petal pink and the tea green are mixed well to outline the best of the springtime. “The blossoms were planted in 2020 with a flowering period from early March to mid-to-late March. Now is the best season to find them blooming.” Zhou Shunfa, CPC deputy secretary of the Getang Village, told the journalist.

Along the path in the tea garden, the air is filled with the fragrance of tea and flowers. Mowers are busy weeding the the camping site neighboring the tea groves, known as “Qintang’s Altay.” 

“We offer a service that blends tea brewing, BBQ, and camping. Welcome to spend a while here and not to miss the enchanting spring.” Wu Liu, manager of the camping site, responded.
