Deputy Mayor Chen is in charge of the work related to sports, including the preparations and organization of the Asian Games and Asian Para Games.

Chen supervises the city’s Municipal Bureau of Sports and the HAGOC / HAPGOC functional departments.

Chen is also the appointed liaison to Hangzhou Disabled Persons’ Federation and Hangzhou Red Cross Society.
