The “Hi Hangzhoudong” Festival kicked off a few days ago at Dongyun Outlets, igniting a summertime shopping fever with its vibrant, immersive setups and interactions.
As a crucial step for Xidi Port’s new “B+O” ecosystem, the Festival centers around in-house shopping. It brings together over 20 leading dimension IPs for an array of activities including the “Dimension Market,” a venue for the “2025 Pokémon Hangzhou Masters Tournament,” and the “Pokémon Family Fun Workshop”, etc. A seven-meter Pikachu statue is in particular a hotspot for cameras. The festive event will run until August 6.
Dongyun Outlets is Hangzhou Chengtou Assets Group’s first self-run venture. It sits on the B1 and G floors of Building D at the West Square of Hangzhoudong Railway Station, spanning a floor space of 54,853 square meters. Targeting residential communities as far as 3 km away, the complex will be a “New Power Center” of the city east. It’ll be a cyber city alive with animation, trendy gifts, and digital gears for people on business, young consumers, and local residents. It’ll make the area never asleep.
Sidip Port Smart Park is also a flagship project of Chengtou Assets.
Nestled in Buildings D1 to D4 of the West Square of Hangzhoudong Railway Station, the sprawling complex spans over 42,000 square meters as a “Micro & Small Enterprise Park above a Transportation Hub.” This is actually a space for headquarter offices, shared offices, and startup offices. The first two floors offer customized office tailored to specific needs, while the third and fourth are well equipped for startups, both catering to businesses at different ages.
Looking ahead, Sidip Port will be made a model project where a shopping and office complex is housed in the city’s railway hub. Shopping and tech incubation will be a joint force alluring to the young generations. AI and new scenarios will be applied to its master plan embracing both commerce and industry, making the group itself a benchmark for city life updates.
