The app offers more than 40 types of services in five categories, including comprehensive services, competition results, media services, Asian Games Village services, and digital accreditation services. It aims to bring delegation members including athletes and team officials, technical officials and other participants an easy, practical and smart Asian Games experience.

Its comprehensive module offers 17 types of services, which are real-time translation, news, service guide, weather reports, translation hotline, flight information, restaurants, transportation, anti-doping, security, licensed products, medical services, city culture, city tour, food, digital payment and Asian Games encyclopedia. These services cover every facet of life and aims to deliver considerate and easy-to-get services on the fingertips.
During the Games, the Asian Games Village will be a home away from home for athletes, team officials, technical officials and media pros. To deliver “villagers” the most quality service, the app launches a special section of the Hangzhou Asian Games Village with nine functions of weather information, appointment, menu, low-carbon community and map.
The residents can look for the menus of the three meals a day and the midnight snack, and also appoint for transportation and culture center activities.

For example, the competition results service offers athletes and other participants with information about the competition results, medal tally, competition teams and events.
