You’ve probably heard of youth hostels—they’re like a warm welcome mat for young folks hunting for jobs away from home. Well, the Qinghe Youth Hostel in Xihu District just leveled up its game!　　

The latest addition just opened its doors at the Hanting near Zhejiang University Zijingang, located inside the 1897 Sci-Tech Innovation Valley in Sandun Town. Here’s the kicker—it’s the first Qinghe hostel of the district to offer free breakfast on top of the usual up-to-seven-night free stay for eligible young talents coming to Hangzhou.

Set at 188 Zijinghua North Road in Sandun, right across from the Red Star Macalline furniture mall, this place runs 24/7. The lobby features a chill lounge area, and there are 15 studio-style rooms in total, each fully furnished with a private kitchen and bath. Need to work remotely? No sweat—each room comes with its own 200M fiber optic connection.

Location-wise, it’s a winner. Just a three-minute drive from Zhejiang University’s Zijingang Campus, and close to the Sandun highway exit and Xialongwei Station on Metro Line 2. Within three kilometers, you’ve got the Asian Games Park, Intime, Paradise Walk, and Zhejiang Hospital (Sandun)—basically, everything you need for daily life.

How to apply? Simple enough. Log into the “Hangzhou for Talents (人才杭州)” mini-app, find “Qinghe Hostel (青荷驿站),” fill in your info and upload the required documents. Once approved, you’ll get a check-in code.
