At 8:18 p.m. on October 17, the immersive crossover show “Night of Liangzhu,” with a banner of “Digital Liangzhu for All,” unfolded on the West Lake Gallery Bridge—a curtain-raiser for the fourth Liangzhu Forum. Over 25 minutes, contemporary dance, fashion shows, and digital light projections took the stage in turn, bringing Liangzhu civilization out of the excavation sites and museum display cases and into the city’s public spaces, answering the question of how a dialogue between civilizations can step out of the conference hall and reach the wider public.
