AI Hangzhou offers three primary services: public services, local information, and visitor/expat guidance.

The public services section features government services, convenient living options, and tourist services, such as entry services, lodging, cultural tourism, healthcare, internet access, travel, payment services, and volunteer opportunities. The local information section partners with Hangzhou’s city branding campaign, Hangzhoufeel, to deliver timely, interesting, and helpful information about the city. The visitor/expat guidance section provides essential information for living in Hangzhou, covering topics such as transportation, housing, education, employment, and tourism.

International visitors can simply search for “AI Hangzhou” or “City Service Center” on Alipay to access Hangzhou’s digital services. With their smartphones, they can easily navigate the city and enjoy the convenience of digital living.

Through AI Hangzhou, foreigners can enjoy the convenience of deposit-free Little Red Bicycles, discover exciting events like the Global Digital Trade Expo, exhibitions and cultural activities, and even access the Hangzhou Citizen Code (foreigner version) for easier access to public services.

The launch of AI Hangzhou marks a major milestone in Hangzhou’s international smart city ambitions.
