Recently, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles released the second list of bases for "New Organizations and Groups for Art and Culture," and two bases are in Zhejiang, including Artinno Town in the West Lake District, which is the only one in Hangzhou.

The first Phoenix Art Market of 2023 was held in Artinno Town a few weeks ago on a colorful spring day. Over 10,000 locals and tourists were drawn in by about 40 art teams and companies, including a local music ensemble, illustration art, and intangible heritage goods.

A tour over Artinno Town seems like a never-ending art carnival because there are so many talks, exhibitions, concerts, salons, and other events going on all the time. Both the China Audiovisual Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conference and the Audiovisual West Lake Summit were held there. Its Alliance of New Organizations and Groups for Art and Culture has connections with nine top-tier platforms in the Chinese audiovisual market, including Youku and Tencent, as well as more than 50 audiovisual companies.

Inspiring its 66 members for superior growth is the Alliance of New Organizations and Groups for Art and Culture, which is made up of more than 200 exceptional talents and is guided by top experts.

"We will integrate design, animation games, artwork, and other resources, establish the Association for Promotion of New Organizations and Groups for Art and Culture, and foster an enabling environment that is managed by the CPC committee, helped by mentors, and engaged with businesses," according to an executive of Artinno Town.
