4. Instructing on work about retired veteran cadre activity centres, colleges. Improving education programs for retired veteran cadres. Organizing retired veteran cadres to take part in activities conducive to physical, mental health.

6. Coordinating with relevant units on medicare, life services for retired veteran cadres. Coordinating with relevant units on funerals of retired veteran cadres. 

7. Surveying, researching new conditions, issues of retired veteran cadre work. Improving the services for retired veteran cadres in institutions, enterprises. Researching, making service regulations for retired veteran cadres.
