Born in Wenling, Zhejiang Province in February 1965, Zhao Yide started to work in August 1983, and joined the CPC in January 1985. Zhao holds a master degree with the Party School of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee.

From September 1980 to August 1983, Zhao studied Agronomy at the Agriculture School of Taizhou, Zhejiang;

August 1983 to August 1987, officer worker at Wenxi District government, Wenling County (September 1985 to July 1987, Zhao studied Party and Government Management at the Zhejiang Radio & Television University;)
