Shao Zhanwei was born in Cixi, Zhejiang in January, 1955. He started working in October, 1970 and joined Communist Party of China in July, 1980. He went to CPC Zhejiang Committee Party School and acquired Master Degree in Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
