Deputy Mayor Chen is in charge of work related to sports and specifically the preparations and organization of the Asian Games/ Asian Para Games.

Chen supervises the city’s Bureau of Sports and the HAGOC / HAPGOC general office and functional departments.

He is the liaison to Hangzhou Disabled Persons’ Federation and Hangzhou Red Cross Society.
